Workplace – Business – Economic Mediation

Both sides have a point…
My role is to help find common ground.
Mediation is an effective alternative to conflict resolution.
It offers a way to restart dialogue, improve relationships, and rebuild trust between the involved parties.
It’s a structured negotiation process facilitated by a neutral and competent third party, designed to address tense or already escalated situations.
It provides a comprehensive framework for resolving both individual and collective conflicts – taking into account professional and personal dimensions.
Mediation leads to personalised solutions, often delivering fast and lasting outcomes – all while respecting the needs and interests of those involved.
My role in the mediation process…
Participation is voluntary.
As a mediator, I facilitate the process and guide the conversation.
My main role is to support clear, constructive communication that helps the parties reach an agreement.
I do not provide solutions. I do not give advice. I do not make decisions.
I remain completely impartial throughout the entire process.
How mediation unfolds…
The parties:
- express their views, emotions, and perspectives,
- identify misunderstandings and points of disagreement,
- collaborate to explore common ground and possible options,
- define the steps needed to move forward and resolve the issue.

What people say about me – as a mediator:
“Keeps the process steady and calm”
“Deep, attentive listening”
“Creates a safe and trusting atmosphere”
“Finds the point of connection”
“Facilitates conversations that actually go somewhere”
“Communicates transparently”
“Uses just the right words to make things clear”

Workplace conflict – organizational mediation
Mediation in the workplace reflects a forward-thinking, human-centered approach.
It’s not only a tool for conflict resolution – but also for conflict prevention and long-term collaboration.
By identifying and addressing tensions early, mediation helps prevent escalation and supports a healthy, productive work environment.
This leads to more effective collaboration and minimizes the negative impact of unresolved issues.
As a neutral and independent mediator, I create a safe, respectful space where open communication becomes possible –
helping those involved take steps toward meaningful resolution.
Workplace mediation can be applied in a wide range of contexts:
team conflict, organizational change, communication breakdowns, or to avoid formal legal procedures.
It’s not just a reactive fix – it’s a proactive tool to strengthen organizational culture and performance.
Workplace mediation is especially helpful for:
- resolving interpersonal conflicts,
- preventing escalation or litigation,
- offering a confidential space for dialogue,
- supporting transitions and organizational change.

Family businesses: generational transition & succession
Family and business operate on very different principles.
Family systems are emotionally driven – often influenced by unconscious dynamics.
Business systems, on the other hand, are focused on execution and rely on structured, goal-oriented behavior.
Conflicts within family businesses tend to arise in two key relationships:
between parents and children, or between siblings.
Common sources of tension include:
- differing visions about how the business should be run or passed on,
- unclear or unequal division of roles,
- incompatible leadership styles,
- contrasting approaches to decision-making,
- long-standing personal ties with employees or external partners.
These conflicts are natural.
They can rarely be avoided altogether – but they can be better understood and managed.
As a mediator, I help you:
- understand the deeper nature and complexity of the conflict,
- surface the real issues (e.g. a parent’s fear of losing control, or a child’s desire for independence),
- realign roles to fit each person’s strengths and preferences,
- co-create a realistic plan to reduce tension and guide the transition forward.

Conflicts between companies – business mediation
Trust is essential in business relationships.
When difficulties arise with a supplier, client, or partner, mediation can help manage (or even prevent) conflict –
while preserving the professional relationship.
My business mediation services are open to all types of organizations,
regardless of size or industry.
I support resolution in cases where contractual obligations are challenged,
often due to imbalances in power or expectations between the parties.
Typical areas of conflict include:
- During contract negotiation:
unclear clauses, difficult specifications, unbalanced guarantees or terms - During contract execution:
unilateral changes, unexpected terminations, non-compliant deliveries or services,
disputes over payment terms, misuse of intellectual property,
broken lease agreements or delayed rent payments, etc.
